ReelFruit is an emerging fruit processing company, retailing a range of dried fruit snacks to cater to the growing number of health-conscious consumers in Nigeria. ReelFruit was established in 2012 and has achieved significant growth – retailing in over 350 stores nationwide, with a head office in Lagos and regional office in Abuja and Port Harcourt. The company also retails product on amazon.com in the US as well as internationally.

We are recruiting to fill the following positions below:

1.) Maintenance Technician

Location: Lagos

Responsibilities

  • Adequate electrical / mechanical maintenance of machines involving preventive and breakdown maintenance and overhauling of factory machines
  • Installing new machinery in cooperation with the maintenance team.
  • Replacement and adjustment of a variety of mechanical equipment and parts of mechanical machinery.
  • Reduction of machine downtime and production wastage through machine maintenance
  • Ensuring all machines are properly maintained to produce high quality products that meet our customers’ expectation and adhere to proper food product safety criteria
  • Assist production and quality control/ assurance in maintaining processes, maximizing machine performance, and minimizing quality issues

Educational Qualification / Requirements

  • B.Eng or HND in Electrical Engineering / Mechanical Engineering.
  • 2 years experience in a Manufacturing industry on similar role.
  • Able to work effectively with little or no supervision.
  • Have experience in industrial machinery maintenance (factories, utilities, generators).
  • Possess excellent technical skills and be a computer literate.
  • Possess good leadership skills.

2.) Production Supervisor

Location: Lagos

Educational Qualification

  • B.Sc. / HND in Food Science and Technology, Agricultural Engineering, Chemical Engineering and other related fields.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience supervising a food / beverage production factory

As the Production Supervisor, you will need to exert:

  • Knowledge of food manufacturing tools and equipment.
  • Excellent organization, communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, and a strong work ethic.
  • Ability to create and adhere to production processes.
  • Knowledge of food safety, GMPs and HSE.
  • IT skills especially Microsoft and Google suite.

3.) Junior Facility Officer

Location: Lagos

Educational Qualifications

  • Relevant qualifications in Engineering field
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in facility management/Administrative duties

As the Junior Facility Officer, you’ll need to show:

  • Knowledge of general maintenance methods, operating requirements, and safety precautions related to facilities management
  • Must be a well organized, detailed and customer (internal and external) oriented self-starter with good project management skills
  • Multitasking ability
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Good time management.

4.) Revenue Collection Officer

Location: Lagos

Duties & Responsibilities:
Receivables Collection:

  • Identify and visit stores to collect all due pending invoices from customers Mondays to Fridays.
  • Daily follow up with customers via calls, SMS, WhatsApp, email etc.
  • Follow all receivables and renewal collection/cash handling processes, policies and procedures.
  • Communicate areas of difficulty or discrepancy promptly.
  • Daily Remittance of cash and cheque collection to the account officer

Reporting/Record Keeping:

  • Give daily field itinerary report by close of business on the WhatsApp group platform.
  • Develop and send detailed revenue collection reports on a daily, weekly monthly and quarterly basis.
  • Escalate issues of invoice discrepancies, customer statements preparation and reconciliation, problematic stores, account adjustments, customer refunds, etc. to your up-line
  • Adequate use of field collection register, and update of other collection templates.
  • Daily Update and signing of cash remittance book

Customer Service:

  • Resolve any customer complaint and escalate issues beyond your resolution.
  • Ensure good customer relationship management and employ diplomacy in handling disputes critical matters.

Team Work:

  • Work collaboratively with your team member and others
  • Ensure alignment with instructions from the Finance manager
  • Foster conducive working environment for team members and resolve conflicts as they arise.
  • Participate in the departmental/organizational appraisals.

Business Process Improvement:

  • Prompt resolution of operational matters.
  • All assigned channels must be fully optimized.
  • All receivables collection must be remitted, and unremitted payments must be escalated to the Finance department.
  • Other duties as may be assigned or delegated to you in your department

Educational Qualifications / Experience

  • Minimum of HND / B.Sc in Business Administration, Marketing or any relevant field.
  • Minimum of 2 years experience.
  • Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends and holidays as required
  • Effective communication skill: written and verbal
  • Ability to work under little or no supervision
  • Must be self driven
  • Target oriented
  • Very meticulous with money and trust worthy
  • Innovative and proactive.

5.) Business Development Executive

Location: Lagos

Duties / Responsibilities
Account Operations:

  • Ensure the Lagos territory capitalize on all sales channels to meet, grow and exceed revenue targets sustainably
  • Plan overall team itinerary in collaboration with other team members to ensure adequate coverage of all trade accounts in a month
  • Implement the territorial expansion objective as required for growth and profitability
  • Oversee and manage all order fulfilment from end to end, ensuring all requisite sale templates, invoices are populated in due time online and offline.
  • Monitoring, tracking and reporting on set business target for the team. Reports should be collated timely as requested. This entails all trade accounts’ monthly sales report needed to monitor progress on set departmental goals
  • Provide accurate financial and accounting information on sales and contribute to the preparation of sales budgets, reports and forecasts
  • Manage existing relationships across all Trade Partners/Stores
  • Ensure adherence to all sales processes, procedures and policies
  • Monitor product aging in all stores to mitigate expiry risk, making sure product returns and retrievals are kept to the barest minimum and in line with company policies
  • Oversee optimization of all trade accounts to ensure product visibility and elimination of stock-outs
  • Ensure entire product range is represented across all trade account channels
  • Ensure all tool of trade are available for team to operate, if otherwise prompt escalation.

Trade Account Acquisitions:

  • Establish new trade accounts via Lead generation, prospecting, corporate deals, collaborations, partnership etc.

Stockkeeping:

  • Supervise the record keeping of sales and product samples given out.

Client Relationship Management:

  • Grow and manage existing customers across all channels
  • Build and manage clientele base by constantly engaging ReelFruit’s customers.
  • Collate feedback from clients and produce analytical information to drive sales and impact product development.

Team Work:

  • Work collaboratively with every member of the sales team within and outside your territory.
  • Foster conducive working environment for team members
  • Resolve conflicts as they arise
  • Train, mentor and manage subordinates.

Business Process Improvement:

  • Prompt capture of all sales transactions on the accounting software.
  • Prompt resolution of operational matters.

Educational Qualifications / Requirements

  • Minimum of B.Sc / BA / HND in Marketing, Business Administration or any relevant field.
  • Minimum of 4 years of Retail Sales experience in FMCG with good market knowledge.
  • Must be target driven.
  • Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends and holidays as required.
  • Leadership qualities (ability to lead/coach).

6.) Brand & Communication Officer

Location: Lagos

Responsibilities

  • Supporting the Brand & Communication Lead in overseeing the department’s operation
  • Source and manage customer experience platforms (events, fairs) to deliver differentiated brand experiences that build customer loyalty.
  • See all activities/projects through to completion and evaluate their success using various metric that are data-centric
  • Prepare and manage content creation schedule and support the team in content creation and marketing plus other creative efforts.

Educational Qualifications / Requirements

  • Strong knowledge of brand building techniques and marketing principles
  • Proficiency in content creation, social media marketing and management.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Creative brand storytelling and critical thinking skills.

7.) Finance Manager

Location: Lagos

Educational Qualifications and Experience

  • B.Sc in Accounting or any relevant field with a minimum of 10 years work experience in Finance, with demonstrated experience in financial analysis, treasury, team management and budgeting.
  • Relevant professional qualifications (ACA, ACCA, CFA, etc)
  • Must have worked in a similar capacity in Manufacturing, FMCG, Commercial/Retail, Agriculture, Logistics, or Hospitality.
  • In depth knowledge of corporate financial law and risk management practices.
  • Practical knowledge of financial analysis
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office and Financial Management Software.
  • Exceptional communication, Interpersonal and Leadership skills
  • Excellent Business analysis, Project Management and Financial Management skills
  • Great Problem solver and critical thinker.
