Qualifications/Experience

  • A minimum of Bachelor’s Degree / HND in Accounting, Finance, Economics or any related field with strong numerical/analytical background.
  • Professional Qualification in Accounting will be an added advantage
  • 3-5 years of experience in Finance / Administrative & logistics.

2.) Finance and Admin Manager

Location: Abuja

Qualifications/Experience

  • A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Finance, Business, Accounting, or another relevant field is required.
  • A master’s degree or membership in a professional body such as ACCA, CPA or ICAN will be an added advantage.
  • Six to ten years of relevant work experience managing, in increasing roles of responsibility broad financial and admin management roles with at least three years in the supply chain/logistics industry.
  • Sound knowledge of financial management, administrative skills including procurement
  • Sound knowledge of the Nigerian financial regulatory environment.

Skills and Competencies required:

  • High level financial management skills including accounting, financial modelling, financial reporting, cash flow management etc.
  • Highly analytical with demonstrable ability for strategic thinking, expertise in complex problem solving and critical thinking.
  • Demonstrable proficiency with using ERPs, financial management systems and accounting software, excel and spreadsheets.
  • Strong risk management and mitigation skills

Qualifications/Experience

  • B.Sc Degree in Computer Science, B.Sc Degree Software Engineering and or any other Degree with any relevant certification.

4.) Procurement Advisor

Location: Abuja

Qualifications/Experience

  • Must possess a Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Sciences or Social Sciences with a preference for a B. Pharm degree.
  • Professional certification and membership of a reputable procurement and supplies body will be an added advantage.
  • Four to Seven years relevant post-graduation experience in procurement, supply chain or logistics
  • Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of good procurement practice, procurement processes, policies, and systems, preferable in the private sector.

Skills:

  • Knowledge of procurement and contract management.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (Excel spreadsheets, word processing, PowerPoint, and electronic mail) and an ERP
  • Good understanding of risk management principles and strategies
  • A well organised, initiative-taking, self-motivated person with excellent communication skills (oral and written)

5.) Senior Technical Advisor, PSM

Location: Kwara

Qualifications and Experience

  • Candidates should possess a B.Pharm, Medical Laboratory Scientist Degree or other related Sciences qualification is required.
  • MPH, MSCM will be an added advantage
  • Certification in Supply Chain Management is desirable.
  • 6 to 8 years post NYSC relevant work experience in donor funded project.
  • Must possess specific experience in supply chain programming related to HIV/AIDS, TB and other disease areas.
  • Experience with Health supply chain management, commodity procurement, quantification, forecasting and familiar with product lines

Skills and Competencies Required:

  • Must have an outstanding organizational and coordination abilities in management of supply chain activities in project implementation states.
  • Knowledge of current national and global HIV treatment standard and licensure requirement.
  • Familiarity with Nigeria current national guideline for HIV prevention, treatment and care
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision, result oriented and a good team spirit to work with different people with cultural, religious background, lifestyle and sexual orientation.
  • A strong leadership experience in management of public health commodities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft 360, word processing, excel, Presentation applications.

6.) Monitoring, Evaluation, Research & Learning (MERL) Advisor

Location: Kwara

Qualifications / Experience

  • Minimum of 4 years’ post NYSC experience in research and management of health-related programmes.
  • Must be computer literate and proficient in using the Microsoft Office Suite at the minimum. Other computer skills will be of added advantage.
  • Experience implementing an HIV/Hepatitis project
  • Knowledge of Programme management including conceptualization, budget design, implementation, and evaluation with experience in KP programming as an added advantage.
  • Demonstrated ability through previous experience to establish and maintain productive working relationships with a wide network of partners and stakeholders.

  • Technical knowledge and understanding of specific programmatic areas and comfortable with working with a range of stakeholders.
  • Social dialogue and advocacy skills for fostering an enabling environment for programme implementation
