Our business started out in 1987 and since then we have grown to be a market leader in the home appliances & consumer electronics market in Nigeria. We operate a number of branches that cut across most of Nigeria’s geopolitical zones in major cities such as Lagos, Port-Harcourt, Abuja, Onitsha, Enugu, Uyo and Kano.

We are recruiting to fill the following positions below:

1.) Accounting Assistant

Location: Lagos

Core Responsibilities

  • To process sales transactions
  • To collect cash, checks and credit card payments from customers
  • To issue receipts to customers
  • To reconcile cash drawers and sales receipts
  • To maintain transaction records and prepare reports of the transaction report
  • To process returns and exchanges in line with policy
  • To maintain a clean and tidy checkout area
  • To stay up to date on promotions, advertisements and product information
  • To maintain cash control over the register drawer and verify amounts are correct.
  • Other duties as may be assigned.

Required Experience / Qualifications

  • Qualification to Degree level, a Higher Degree and professional qualification.
  • 3 years of cognate experience
  • Very good oral and written communication
  • Deep attention to detail and strong analytical skills
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills

2.) Service Centre Supervisor

Location: Lagos

Core Responsibility

  • Oversea daily operational activities on pending jobs.
  • Allocation of jobs to the technicians and monitoring their activities.
  • Review of daily working report with team and taking corrective measures.
  • Coordination with spare parts officers the placing of parts orders & tracking.
  • Ensure meeting of KPI (TAT/CSAT/LTP/Engr. productivity/DWR Accuracy, etc.
  • Ensure quality service delivery with the minimum recurrent repair.
  • Reduction of customer escalations.
  • Daily monitoring of technician productivity.
  • Weekly budget preparation for service operations & approval from service manager.
  • Preparation of spare part failure report and sharing same to service manager.
  • Responsible for checking local repair possibilities for PNA cases, sharing the repair quotations to service manager for approval.
  • Ensuring adequate spare availability at the SVCs (Safety stock planning and execution).
  • Generating and achieving out warranty income targets (Reduction in third party repairs installations).
  • Monitoring and completion of AMCs (Annual Maintenance Contract).
  • Responsible for improving service centre hygiene and compliance to service standards (Job cards, processes, policies).
  • Participating in monthly/quarterly spare parts counting and labelling activity.
  • Ensuring service cost reduction through proper inventory control method.
  • Technical skill monitoring and productivity improvement.
  • Arranging training to front, backend and field force team.
  • Retail visit for service feedback and working on improvement areas for channel delight.

Required Experience / Qualifications / Skills

  • Minimum of HND / B.Sc. in Electrical / Electronic Engineering or any other relevant discipline.
  • 6 – 8 years Technical Service/Maintenance experience in a Sales driven organisation
  • The ideal candidate must have good analytical skill and possess good technical service, supervisory, customer handling & inter-personal skills.
  • In addition, he/she must be trustworthy and accountable.
  • Good knowledge of a recognized ERP package

3.) Corporate Sales Executive

  • Responsible for the identification of new constructions business prospects and sell products to them.
  • Responsible for conducting market research to identify and evaluate customers needs in different construction sites.

4.) Executive Assistant

Location: Lagos

Job Description

  • Preparing and raising of payment voucher and ensuring it gets signed.
  • Ensure branches get approval before processing for payment.
  • Daily tracking of payment between HO and Branches.
  • Processing of vendor’s due payment and ensuring all the documents required are attached.
  • Post branches Imprest on Orion.
  • Weekly preparation of imprest and imprest analysis report.
  • Document/data filling.
  • Monitoring of office stationaries.

5.) Female Spare Parts Officer

Location: Lagos

Core Responsibilities

  • Responsible for processing LTR / Interbank / part requisition / local purchase request into ORION/GSPN.
  • Closing of jobs into ORION/GSPN.
  • Responsible for parts allocation to technicians and consumption posting into ORION.
  • Responsible for 100% stock accuracy at SVC.
  • Responsible for monthly/quarterly stock counting and labelling at the SVC.
  • Responsible for weekly return of defective used parts to Central Warehouse/SEWA.
  • Responsible for maintaining part pending job cards.
  • Responsible for monthly audit of tool kit of technicians.
  • Responsible for sharing part failure report/gas consumption report to Supervisor/NSM for approval.
  • Reconciliation of fresh & defective spare parts with technician on weekly basis.
  • Preparing monthly used part report and sharing with Supervisor/NSM.
  • Coordination with other branches for parts if required.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
  • Minimum of 4 years experience in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in the use of Microsoft office applications –MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to think outside the box.
  • Customer relationship management and inter personal skill.

Responsibilities
Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Raising of receipts
  • Raising of sales invoices
  • System matching of receipts & invoices in the orion ERP software
  • Keeping records of cash and bank receipt issued daily in the cashier register
  • Reconciliation of system receipts with cashier register
  • Lodgment of cash sales to the bank
  • Reconciliation of invoices, receipts & tellers
  • Collation of invoices, receipts & tellers and sending to the branch accountant on a daily basis
  • Signing-off reconciled cashier register with the accountant & manager
  • Sending of reconciled copy of cashier register to the auditor
  • Keeping record of postdated cheques in the prescribed format, submit report weekly to credit control

11.) IT Officer

Location: Lagos

Core Responsibilities

  • Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the LAN / WLAN Network making sure users can connect and work seamlessly.
  • Providing functional and technical support daily to all branches on issues pertaining to Orion database as well as other IT-related issues via phone or remotely through.
  • Setting a tentative backup and recovery plan for each system while ensuring each user` PC is fully secured.
  • Installation of operating systems and configuration of email accounts as well as management of user email accounts / Cyberoam accounts and password management.
  • Scheduling system maintenance for all Pc’s in all the four (4) locations in Abuja.
  • Making sure all IT peripherals and devices are fully configured and are all in good working condition (e.g., switches, routers, scanners, printers, cables etc.).
  • Resolving software & hardware issues as well as repairs and maintaining proper documentation of all IT devices at all the branches.
  • Keeping log-sheet of network/system/application downtimes and proffer suggestions/solutions.
  • Working together with ISP Support engineers whenever there is down time for timely response and communicating resolutions to the IT/ERP Manager.
  • Handling of all IT Related issues at all four locations.
  • Handling of purchases of IT hardware/software needed within the branches once it’s been approved.

Required Experience / Qualifications

  • Minimum of HND / B.Sc in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or any other related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role.

  • To perform general accounting and other related duties in the accounting department.
  • To prepare periodic (monthly) balance sheets, income statements and profit and loss statements.

  • To code invoices, set up new accounts, reconcile accounts and close the monthly books.
