1.) MRP Lead and Local Materials Planner

Location: Lagos

What You Will Need To Succeed
Experiences & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2 years of experience in material planning, procurement, or supply chain roles, preferably in a manufacturing or production related environment.
  • Proficiency in inventory management and business-related applications including ERP systems
  • Knowledge of industry best practices, regulatory requirements, and emerging trends in supply chain management.

Skills:

  • Business Acumen: Ability to analyze data, including inventory levels, demand forecasts, and supplier performance metrics, to make informed decisions and optimize material planning processes.
  • Supply Chain Management, inventory management and material requirements planning: Understanding of supply chain principles and practices, including inventory management, procurement strategies, and logistics coordination.

2.) CMI Lead, BWPC Africa

Location: Lagos

What You Will Need To Succeed
Experiences & Qualifications:

  • 5-7+ year CMI experience
  • Experience in CD, marketing and/or finance would be a plus
  • Strong communication and presenting skills
  • Good understanding of retail & channel landscape in the division and in Africa
  • Demonstrable track record of outstanding partnership with business partners and stakeholders, communication, OTIF delivery, strong point of view, identification of growth opportunities
  • BPC category experience, as well as Africa cluster experience, is advantageous but not mandatory

Location: Lagos

Main Accountabilities

  • Ensures compliance with Unilever trade policies at KD level.
  • Manages Distributor sales resources.
  • Ensures implementation of trade promotions at POS.
  • Handles KD AND CUSTOMERS complaints at KD level.
  • Takes responsibility for the successful landing of various initiatives e.g. EDGE, TPM, CCFOT at KD and POP level.
  • Drives sales target within the assigned territory
  • Ensures proper management of KD funding and profitability
  • Responsible for the KD, KDSRs and third party contractors within the territory.

Relevant Experience / Skills        

  • At least 5 years’ experience in sales, FMCG experience is desirable
