We are recruiting to fill the following position below:

1.) Communications and Branding Specialist

Location: Abuja (FCT)

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 3 – 7 years relevant work experience.
  • Proven track record in developing and executing comprehensive communication strategies, preferably in the trade or investment sector.
  • Strong proficiency in SEO practices and experience in utilizing SEO tools to drive organic traffic and enhance online visibility.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messages to various audiences and platforms.
  • Experience managing social media platforms and driving engagement across diverse audiences.
  • Demonstrated capability in managing multiple projects, meeting deadlines, and working collaboratively in a dynamic team environment.
  • Strategic thinking with a keen eye for detail, capable of leveraging data to optimize communication strategies.
  • Previous experience in branding, and event promotion is advantageous.

Salary
N100,000 – N300,000 Monthly.

2.) Research and Policy Lead

Location: Abuja (FCT)

Responsibilities
Sectoral Research:

  • Lead and conduct in-depth research on the Agribusiness, Maritime, Solid Mineral, and Energy sectors to identify investment opportunities, market trends, and potential challenges.
  • Stay abreast of global and regional developments impacting these sectors.

Policy Formulation:

  • Develop and propose policies based on research findings to enhance trade and investment in targeted sectors.
  • Advocate for policy changes and improvements to create a conducive business environment.

Investment Landscape Analysis:

  • Analyze the investment climate and regulatory frameworks in the target sectors.
  • Identify key stakeholders, potential partners, and investment drivers.

Market Intelligence:

  • Provide strategic market intelligence to support decision-making processes.
  • Analyze competitor activities and market dynamics affecting trade and investment.

Project Feasibility Studies:

  • Lead the preparation of feasibility studies for potential projects within the specified sectors.
  • Evaluate the economic viability, risks, and returns of proposed investments.

Networking and Stakeholder Engagement:

  • Build and maintain influential relationships with industry stakeholders, including government agencies, businesses, and investors.
  • Represent the organization at conferences, forums, and events, fostering strategic partnerships.

Report Compilation and Presentation:

  • Oversee the compilation of research findings into clear and concise reports.
  • Present research insights to internal and external stakeholders.

Proposal and Business Development:

  • Lead the preparation of proposals and presentations for potential clients.
  • Ensure proposals align with client needs and showcase the organization’s strengths.

Qualifications

  • Bahelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Economics, Agriculture, Energy, or a related field.
  • 3 – 7 years relevant work experience.
  • Extensive experience in leading and conducting research related to Agribusiness, Maritime, Solid Mineral, or Energy sectors.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and trends.
  • Familiarity with investment principles, market analysis, and sector-specific regulations.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and research methodologies.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Salary
N100,000 – N300,000 Monthly.

Qualifications and Skills

4.) Executive Assistant

Location: Abuja (FCT)

Job Description
Calendar and Appointment Management:

  • Maintain a daily electronic journal, organize meetings, and provide timely reminders.
  • Manage a master corporate calendar for conferences, meetings, and holidays

Stakeholder Engagement:

  • Understand the needs of partners/clients and respond effectively with plans to meet their requirements.
  • Act as a primary point of contact for matters related to the CEO, handling confidential or critical issues.

Office Operations:

  • Provide comprehensive support to the CEO, managing daily office operations.
  • Manage documents, take minutes, and develop/maintain information management processes.

Database Management:

  • Manage the database of contacts for senior management.

Liaison and Communication:

  • Liaise with stakeholders in both public and private sectors.
  • Monitor emails, identifying and addressing high priority inquiries, troubleshooting conflicts.

Event Management:

  • Provide support for event management as requested by the CEO.
  • Perform any other responsibilities assigned by the CEO.

Requirements

  • Candidates should possess B.Sc Degrees with 0 – 3 years relevant work experience.
