1.) Customer Representative / Sales Officer
Location: Delta
Job Description
- Provide client support and handle client communications effectively.
- Discuss business contracts and cost with clients.
- Build connections on behalf of the company.

- Maintain existing clients and generate new clients to achieve revenue goals.
- Identifying new business markets and recording daily customer transactions.
- Handle clients complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits.
- Must have flare for sales.
- Ability to work with less supervision.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge about company products and services.
- Keep records of clients interactions, process clients accounts and file documents.
- Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
- Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data.
Requirements
- B.Sc / HND in Marketing, Business Administration, Sales or relevant field.
- Must have 2 – 3 years working experience as sales/client relationship with tracking record.
- Experience in marketing will be an advantage.

Location: Delta
Job Description
- Communicate with clients in a respectful manner.
- Pickup and delivery of parcels.
- Organize items ordered by editing for price and weight compliance.
- Arrange deliveries by checking stock to determine inventory levels; anticipating delivery requirements, placing and expediting orders.
- Deliver items by examining items, destination, route, rate and delivery time.
- Verify items delivered by submitting acknowledgment copies; note discrepancies.
- Keep customers informed by forwarding notice of item availability, shipment date, method, status and responding to enquiries as it relates to delivery.
Requirements
- Candidates should possess at least a First Degree qualification.
- Must have at least 3 years of riding experience.
- Must know how to ride a bike efficiently.
- Must have a valid Driver’s License.
- Excellent knowledge of Warri and its environs.
- The dispatch rider must have a valid Rider’s card. Jamb Result
- Must be courteous.
- Must possess a valid Rider’s Permit.

Job Description
- Filing documents, as well as entering data and maintaining databases.
- Monitoring office supplies and ordering replacements.
- Receive deliveries; sort and distribute incoming mail.
- Manage communication including emails and phone calls.

Requirements
