1.) Administrative Manager
Location: Lagos
Requirements and Skills
- B.Sc / BA in Business Administration or relative field with at least 5 years relevant work experience.
- Proven experience as administration manager
- In-depth understanding of office management procedures and departmental and legal policies
- Familiarity with financial and facilities management principles
- Proficient in MS Office
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work in a Unionized environment

2.) Procurement Officer
Location: Lagos
Responsibilities
- Preparing plans for the purchase of equipment, services, and supplies.
- Following and enforcing the company’s procurement policies and procedures.
- Reviewing, comparing, analyzing, and approving products and services to be purchased.
- Managing inventories and maintaining accurate purchase and pricing records.
- Maintaining and updating supplier information such as qualifications, delivery times, product ranges, etc.
- Maintaining good supplier relations and negotiating contracts.

3.) Injection Molding Maintenance Manager
Location: Nigeria
Responsibilities
- Manage the overall activities of the molding department including but not limited to production, processing, machine maintenance and tool maintenance and repair.
- Train and develop molding personnel relative to the molding process (Process technicians and molding operators), promote employee understanding and adherence to safety regulations and the Quality Management System.
- Document, report and maintain all critical production information.
- Support new tool design and development.
- Coordinate outside repair and sourcing for tooling and machines.
- Responsible for the development and implementation of both the long and short term goals for the Molding Department.
- Perform mold set up and color changes to meet production demands as needed.
- Troubleshoot mold processes, machines, and auxiliary equipment problems and make necessary changes to ensure quality and reduce downtime.
- Set molding process parameters to ensure product meets dimensional and quality requirements.
- Provide technical assistance to molding technicians and operators.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree / HND qualification.
- Must have Production experience in injection molding plant, preferably in injection molding or similar environments
- Computer literate in MS office
- Positive attitude and excellent people management skills
- Ability to analyze reports and performance
- Assure compliance to all molding area related procedures, policies and work instructions.
