We are recruiting to fill the following positions below:
1.) Finance Officer
Location: Borno
Qualifications
- A Degree in Accountancy or Banking and Finance from reputable university only
- Knowledge of accounting software (QuickBook or SAP)
- Knowledge of Microsoft excel and presentation
Professional experience:
- 5-7 years professional experience as Finance Officer
- Experience in working with NGO will be an added advantage
- Spoken and written language skills in English is required.
- Proven experience in working with multi-disciplinary teams is required.

2.) Project Officer
Location: Borno
Qualifications and Experience
- University Degree in relevant field
- At least 4 years of work experience
- At least 2 years working in Northeast Nigeria or other emergency environment
- Experience working with or on education sector would be a strong asset
- Ability to develop high quality project report
- Experience directly supervising other staff
- Excellent coordination and communication skills
- Good writing skills and good knowledge of Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Ability to work under pressure and in a high-risk security Environment.

Educational Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related area required, while a Master’s Degree in Education, Conflict Resolution, International Relations, or related field would be an added benefit;
Required Experience:

4.) Gender Officer
Location: Borno
Qualifications Basic Qualifications and Experience
- University Degree or equivalent in Education, Social Science, Social Work, Psychology or related fields.
- Must have 4 to 5 years relevant working experience in GBV, gender, protection prevention and response programming, humanitarian affairs or human rights.
- In-depth knowledge of gender and protection in humanitarian and resilience settings, including gender-based violence, humanitarian policy issues.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Must possess ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability and desire to work well with diverse employees and beneficiaries in a cooperative and friendly manner.
- Proactive, results-oriented and service-oriented.
- Solid analytical, writing skills, and communication skills.
- Sound knowledge and skills in training and facilitation.

5.) Monitoring and Evaluation Coordinator
Location: Borno
Qualifications
- At least 2-3 years’ experience in creating and leading the implementation of M&E systems for an NGO
- At least 3 years’ experience working in an emergency or post-conflict setting
- Thorough experience with and knowledge of principles and current approaches to monitoring and evaluation in relief and development programs, using both quantitative and qualitative methods
- Understanding of data and information needs for program management and decision making
- Demonstrated ability to transfer knowledge to diverse audiences through training, mentoring and other formal and non-formal methods
