How to Check your NIN on Airtel SIM Cards

To check your NIN number on Airtel SIM cards, follow the procedures below:

  1. Go to the call app on your mobile phone
  2. Dial *346#
  3. After dialing the code, several options will be displayed on your screen
  4. Select “NIN retrieval” from the displayed options by typing 1
  5. Note that this service will cost you N20 only, which will be deducted from your mobile phone network.
  6. After the airtime is deducted, your NIN number will be displayed on your screen.

  1. Copy out your 11-digit NIN number
  2. Click on the call app on your mobile phone

How to Link NIN on Airtel SIM via the Airtel NIN portal

To link your NIN to your Airtel SIM card, follow the procedures below:

  1. Go to the Airtel NIN portal via https://airtel.com.ng/NIN/
  2. Enter your 11-digit Airtel phone number
  3. Click on “Proceed”
  4. An OTP code will be sent to your link for confirmation, enter the OTP code into the required space.Npower recruitment

How to Link NIN on Airtel SIM via NIMC MobileID App

You can link your NIN to your Airtel SIM card via the NIMC MobileID app. See procedures below:

  1. Go to your phone’s play store and search for “NIMC MobileID App”
  2. Download and install the app on your phone
  3. Launch the NIMC MobileID App and enter your National Identification Number into the required space
  4. Enter your Airtel phone number
  5. Click on submit
  6. An OTP code will be sent to your Airtel SIM card
  7. Enter the OTP code into the required spaceJAMB form
