1.) Lead Learning & Development Executive

Location: Lagos

Main Responsibilities

  • Lead the development of all soft skills training, including career development activities, in line with the HR strategy.
  • Lead and oversee the culture of continuous learning & development of employees in line with business goals
  • Perform training needs analysis in conjunction with line managers, identify skill gaps and create training interventions programs
  • Evaluate learning and development activities to ensure the transfer of learning and impact on individual, team, and organizational performance.
  • Develop and organize training manuals, multimedia visual aids, and other educational materials.
  • Design annual training calendar ensuring full completion within targeted timescales
  • Lead the development and implementation of Learning & Development Strategies, Plans and development strategies, plans, and policies.
  • Coordinate the implementation of L&D plans against agreed timelines and budgets, and report against agreed performance measures.
  • Manage the implementation of L&D plans & strategies by maximizing internal resources and contracting with external partners when required.
  • Review L&D policies & processes and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Design induction programs for new hires, conduct orientation sessions, and arrange on-the-job training where necessary.
  • Plan, develop, and provide training and staff development programs, using knowledge of the effectiveness of methods such as classroom training, demonstrations, on-the-job training, meetings, conferences, and workshops.
  • Monitoring and evaluating L&D activities, keeping up-to-date records of all training hours per employee
  • Monitoring and evaluation of both structured and informal methods used; making continuous improvements in the approach, process and methods as appropriate;
  • Keep track of employee performance before & after training interventions
  • Keep record of training attendance, post-training evaluation surveys and feedback from employees
  • Establish systems to produce regular reports on learning & development metrics.

Requirements

  • University Degree in Human Resource Management, Industrial Relations, Business Administration or a related field.
  • Professional Training Certification
  • Proficiency in training delivery
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
  • Minimum of 4 years’ experience in Learning & Development, Organizational Development , Human Resources or a similar job function.

2.) Lead, Performance Management

Location: Lagos

 

Responsibilities

  • Lead, direct, and coordinate the development and implementation of performance management systems across the group.
  • Provide strategic advice and guidance on the performance management framework and all performance-related issues.
  • Managing the quarterly performance review process, coordinating post appraisals meetings, & ensuring the implementation of outcomes
  • Coordinates performance management and quality improvement capacity building for all levels of management and employees.
  • Lead and provide strategic direction for the development of pay, reward, recognition, and benefits strategies to ensure the adoption of best practices and alignment with the strategic objectives of the group.
  • Ensure the implemented reward and recognition strategies (both tangible and nontangible) and policies are competitive and comply with business objectives.
  • Manage the compensation structure; propose structure reviews by ensuring regular market-related pay research & benchmarking.
  • Ensure a performance improvement plan is in place for underperforming employees & make quick interventions to identify & improve performance.
  • Maintain the team’s staff strength by recruiting, orienting, training, and developing personal growth opportunities.
  • Drives high performance in the team through managing and coaching team members and providing quality feedback.
  • Ensures compliance with all policies related to performance management & rewards.

Requirements

  • Relevant Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5 years’ experience in performance management, rewards management, or HR generalist functions
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a supervisory role.
  • Analytical & detail-oriented
  • The ability to make logical, well-balanced, and reasoned decisions

3.) FCS Technical Support Officer

Locations: Abia and Lagos

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Diagnose, troubleshoot, and identify solutions to resolve software and hardware issues
  • Work closely with the Research & Development Techincal support officer to optimize client satisfaction
  • Account setup, onboarding for new FCS clients
  • Communication of updates and training clients on the solution features
  • Guide clients on the usage of platform features with the use of written instructions and technical manuals.
  • Communicate with client properly to quickly understand source of problem
  • Resolve issues and provide accurate feedback to clients within agreed time limits
  • Guide clients in resolving technical issues through a series of actions either via phone, email or chat
  • Properly escalate unresolved issues to appropriate internal teams (e.g. Research & development, implementation etc.)
  • Provide support to implementation engineers on the field based on diagnosis done to ensure seamless resolution of hardware issues
  • Work closely with Research & Development, Recovery & Control, Implementation, Customer Support teams to optimize operations
  • Refer to internal documentation to provide accurate technical solutions
  • Ensure all issues are properly logged as well as prioritize and manage several technical issues open at one time
  • Follow up with clients to ensure their platform interfaces are fully functional after troubleshooting
  • Prepare and share FCS theft analysis report periodically with clients and internal teams
  • Prepare other reports like healtcheck reports, unit/client success rate report etc. for internals teams and clients accurately and on time
  • Document technical knowledge and client preferences in the form of notes and manuals
  • Maintain cordial relationships with clients

Job Requirements

  • Candidates should possess a B.Sc in Electrical Electronics Engineering, IT, Computer Engineering, or any relevant field.
  • Minimum of 1 year and above experience with a Technical support background.
  • Interest in analyzing data to draw insights and problem-solving to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Good understanding of electronics, computers systems and software platforms.
