1.) State Coordinator – Sales

Locations: Plateau, Bauchi and Benue

About You

  • B.Sc / HND in Business, Marketing, and any related course.
  • Relevant prior experience of 4-6 years in Sales in a FINTECH, or direct Sales Executive in FMCG,  Financial, Payment Industry.
  • Business Development or Expansion Experience.
  • Excellent Communication Skill.

2.) Reconciliation Analyst

Location: Lagos

About the Role

  • The Reconciliation Analyst controls and ensures that all data in our system accurately reflects the records with our banks and trading partners and all debits in our bank statements are successfully recognized in our system’s database.

In this role your day to day includes:

  • Daily reconciliation of our settlement reports, bank accounts and Nomba system to ensure the integrity and accuracy of transactions and bank debits.
  • Reconcile daily all data held in our systems to ensure only the right transaction values and charges were disbursed to agents/customers.
  • Ensuring daily reconciliations are completed in an accurate and timely manner.
  • Working with other teams to improve processes with the view of reducing loopholes to improve quality and efficiency of reconciliation.
  • Report and escalate all non-reconciling items to ensure they are communicated via Email or any appropriate means to the relevant teams for investigation or correction while remaining responsible for effective resolution.
  • Engaging with both internal and external stakeholders to assist with the investigation to root cause of losses, and working with subject matter experts to identify and execute solutions.
  • Support the evolution of tools and processes to ensure that an integrated and automated service is provided.
  • Actively seek out and build relationships with others who can provide information or intelligence to drive success.
  • Providing timely reconciliation reports and updates to your line manager.
  • Process and check that all transactions and reconciliation systems are accurate through the team’s checks and balances processes.

About You

  • A Bachelor’s Degree in Business or any related discipline from an accredited university.
  • PC Literacy in MS Excel, Word, tableau/Powerbi.

3.) Cyber Security Engineer

Location: Lagos

Responsibilities

  • BAU assurance activity, such as log reviews,
  • SIEM management, Intrusion Prevention Systems (IPS/IDS), etc.
  • Vulnerability Assessment
  • Conduct threat hunting activities, with the aim of identifying indicators of compromise.
  • Web platform security
  • App security
  • Building, configuring and maintaining the tooling and infrastructure which enables our detection and response capability.
  • Support incident detection and response activities
  • Responding to technical incidents impacting the availability of security tools
  • Carry out systems investigations and remediation across enterprise technologies (Networks, Servers, Storage, Infrastructure Services, etc.)
  • You will develop experience in performing security assurance/PEN testing activities using industry-standard tooling such as Nessus or others.
  • You will have some hands-on experience in security systems, including Firewalls, IDS/IPS, AV, Authentication systems, log management, content filtering
  • Monitor systems security, performance and maintenance, identifying issues, producing reports and where applicable taking corrective action.

4.) Recovery Manager

About You

  • A Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field.
  • 3 – 5 years of experience in business analysis or a related field.
  • Asset recovery/insolvency background.

5.) Key Account Manager (Merchant Acquiring)

Location: Lagos

About the Role

  • Oversee, Manage and coordinate the activities of the  Merchant Acquiring Officers.
  • Onboarding and managing key merchants in the assigned merchant segment.
  • Hit target quotas for set KPIs (Transaction value, volume, and revenue).
  • Engaging with top merchants to introduce them to our products.
  • Have a good understanding of the business’s products or services and be able to advise others about them
  • Setting goals and developing plans for business and revenue growth.
  • Design and ensure implementation of scalable sales strategy for team members.
  • Follow up with  Merchant Acquisition Officers to ensure active and inactive merchants are visited and if need be mobilize retrieval of POS from inactive business partners.

6.) Quality Assurance Engineer

Location: Lagos

About the Role

  • Ensure our services are thoroughly tested and ready to serve customers on web and mobile.
  • Work with the test team to develop a deep understanding of the system architecture.
  • Help to conceptualize appropriate acceptance tests working closely with PO’s.
  • Translating user stories into test scenarios to deliver high quality software.
  • Automate and run tests within our integration testing framework.
  • Ensure tests run smoothly and quickly.
  • Investigate and manage test failures effectively.
  • Develop Test Documentation, Test Scripts, Test Suites (Sanity, Smoke, Regression).

  • Exposure or hands-on testing experience for payment terminals (P.D.Q hardware)
