1.) Operations Administrator
Location: Lagos
Key Result Areas
Documentation Processing:
- Responds to immediate administrative requirements within procedure.
- Follows standardised processes and provides administrative support in line with normal business functioning.
- Delivers on daily production standards.
- Uses standard administrative techniques to coordinate own work.
Personal Effectiveness:
- Accountable for service delivery through own efforts.
- Individually accountable for managing own time, tasks and output quality for periods of 1 day to a maximum of 3 months.
- Makes increased contributions by broadening individual skills.
- Collaborates effectively with others to achieve personal results.
- Accepts and lives the company values.
Quality Assurance:
- Performs quality checks on own work.
- Adheres to service and quality standards.
Qualifications and Experience
- A First Degree or its equivalent
- Experience of 1 to 3 years in the financial sector or related field is an added advantage
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Interpersonal and time management skills
- Good knowledge of MS packages (Especially MS Word, MS Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook).

Location: Lagos

- Communicates Service Level Agreements in terms of placing a successful person into the position.
- Conducts interviews together with line management.
Talent Management & Development:
- Creates awareness of the talent management process.
- Educates line with regard to the use of the talent grid.
- Facilitates the talent management process within the business unit.
- Assists in facilitating and managing the successful development, implementation and monitoring of Training and Development.
Qualification & Experience
- Degree or a three (3) year HR related Diploma.
- Four (4) years generalist or specialist HR experience or 4 years line management experience.

4.) Head of Audit (OMAO)
Location: Lagos
Qualifications and Experience
- A First Degree or its equivalent
- Professional Accounting Certification – ICAN/ACCA
- ACAMS certification will be an advantage
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Interpersonal and time management skills
- Extensive relevant experience, at least 10 years, in the internal audit function in the financial services sector and external audit experience
- In-depth understanding of the financial services sector including Life Insurance, Asset Management.
- Excellent performance track record
