Location: Lagos
Responsibilities
- Assist the team in preliminary communication to obtain the needs of major customers; follow up the implementation of follow-up projects;
- Assist the team in conducting local industry research.
- Work closely with the Sales team to provide technical pre-sales support by analyzing customer requirements and preparing solution design documents where appropriate.
- Assist the Business Head in managing all technical aspects of a company’s relationship with its customers by working closely with the Account Management team to win new business and increase sales to existing customers.
- You will be a Subject Matter Expert across network access, acquiring, payment solution.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or above, in Statistics, Finance, and Economics is preferred;
- 5 years or more experience in strategy formulation or participation in the formulation of Internet financial products;
- Contact with POS payment, and online payment, have certain work experience in the payment field;
- Good logical thinking and communication skills.
