Affilbase is a performance-driven sales enablement network that helps businesses sell more using a crowdsourced workforce of independent sales agents, distributors, advisors, partners, agencies, or local shops. Our sales agents promote and sell products or services on behalf of trusted brands in their neighborhood. Our platform trains, guides and manages independent sales agents to intelligently complete sales tasks; direct sales, lead generation, partner marketing, affiliate marketing, and more as required by businesses.

We are recruiting to fill the following positions below:

1.) Sales Trainer

Location: Lagos

Responsibilities

  • Onboard new sales people.
  • Conduct skill gap analyses and deploy the necessary training required.
  • Monitor sales team goals and objectives.
  • Coordinate individual sales team performance review sessions to identify their strengths and weaknesses.
  • Maintain records of training materials.
  • Collaborate with external trainers and industry professionals to organize seminars for the sales team.
  • Provide reports on the impact of the training and the sales achieved as a result of this training.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree / HND in related fields.
  • 1 – 5 years work experience.
  • Proven work experience as a Sales Trainer or similar position.
  • Excellent communications and presentation skills.
  • Impeccable organizational skills.
  • Ability to be able to manage and train the sales team effectively.
  • Decision-making and problem-solving skills.

Salary
N80,000 monthly

2.) Accounting Intern

Location: Lagos

Responsibilities

  • Prepare invoices and financial reports.
  • Perform clerical duties as requested.
  • Assist in researching and preparing official documents when needed.
  • Carry out tasks assigned by supervisors.

Requirements

  • A recent graduate or undergraduate in the Accounting field.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize projects.

3.) Sales Strategist

Location: Lagos

Responsibilities

  • Develop business plans for the company based on its unique needs and goals.
  • Create marketing plans to increase brand awareness for the company’s services.
  • Identify potential client needs and provide solutions that will increase sales or improve customer satisfaction.

4.) Field Sales Officer

Location: Lagos

Responsibilities

  • Close new deals at a fast rate.
  • Develop professional relationships with new and existing customers.
  • Deploy persuasive methods to get new prospects.
  • Maintain records of sales leads and customer files.
  • Educate new and old customers on how products or services can be of benefit to them.
  • Monitor the company’s industry competitors, new products, and market conditions.

Requirements

  • OND, Bachelor’s Degree / HND in related fields.
  • At least, 1-2 years of experience in the sales field.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Impeccable organizational skills.

5.) Agent Manager

Location: Lagos

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Hire, train, and guide staff to meet expected goals.
  • Set monthly sales targets and measure results vs. goals.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships by providing excellent customer service.
  • Identify performance improvement areas and provide recommendations.
  • Communicate sales performance levels including areas of concern to management.
  • Develop action plans for improving agency performance.
  • Follow all company and safety guidelines and policies.
  • Develop business improvement initiatives based on current market trends and competitors.
  • Manage agency operators to achieve company goals and objectives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any other related discipline.
  • 2-3 years minimum cognate experience preferably in a similar organization.
  • Excellent digital business orientation and Effective oral and written communication skills.
  • Relationship building and management skills & Effective business presentation skills.

Competencies and Skills Required:

  • Sales acumen – The candidate should have practical intelligence and the ability to handle different sales-related situations.
  • Result Orientation – The candidate should have practical intelligence and the ability to handle different sales-related situations.
  • Result Orientation – The candidate should be performance-oriented and should give due importance to goal setting, performing, and achieving.
  • Interpersonal Skills – A good sales manager must have excellent interpersonal skills and should be approachable to his team members.
  • Ability to work in a high-pressure environment – Insurance sales are target driven and an agent sales manager must be able to thrive under stress and help his/her team cope with it too.
  • Ability to Multitask – The candidate must be able to prioritize and handle multiple work responsibilities simultaneously.
  • Industry Knowledge – The candidate needs to be well versed with product knowledge and industry trends to do consultative selling.

Salary
N85,000 / Month.

  • Maintaining contact with clients to secure further sales/orders.
  • Identifying potential new clients.

Requirements

  • ND, B.Sc, or HND in any field.
  • 1-2 years work experience.
  • Impeccable verbal and written communication skills.
  • Decision-making and problem-solving skills.

Remuneration
Commission-based, plus other perks.
