Must have:

  • A Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or related field.

  • Minimum of 10 years’ experience with 5 years’ experience in an HR management role, leading teams of HR generalists.

Educational Qualification, Experience & Competencies
Education and Certification:

Work Experience
Must have:

  • 10-12 years of varied experience in operation and maintenance in the telecom industry.
  • 5-8 years managerial experience in a GSM/mobile company.
  • With at least 3 years senior management experience in an area of network operations.

Skills and Competencies:

  • Interface with Regional Operation Director to understand commercial plans and determine required network support for same.
  • Regular review the performance of MS and Towerco in the region to ensure service delivery as agreed in the contract.
  • Support the Operational Interface to both internal and external stakeholders especially Commercial teams to ensure customer issues are resolved within acceptable KPIs.
  • Closely working with MS Team to develop processes to prevent/reduce network failures.
  • Ensure that special task/project required by HQ Technical is carried out in the region.
  • Advise and ensure implementation of preventive activities by MS Team in order to improve network performance.
