1.) Summer Consultant (International Development)
Location: Nigeria Dev-Afrique Development Advisors Recruitment
Responsibilities
- Co-designing and supporting the implementation of the research framework on diverse research topics across health, agriculture, geospatial technology, and environment.
- Generate insights from qualitative and quantitative research to analyze and present results.
- Optimally perform analysis, construct a logical framework, and create high quality deliverables.
- Supporting the design and implementation of monitoring and evaluation frameworks.
- Assist in organizing and facilitating stakeholder meetings and workshops
- Prepare presentations, reports, and other project deliverables
- Collaborate with team members to develop and implement project plans and timelines.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a graduate Degree in International Development, Economics, Public Policy, or a related field
- Excellent research and analytical skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Tableau, QGIS, KoboCollect, and ODK
- Familiarity with monitoring and evaluation tools, such as logical frameworks, performance indicators, and theories of change
- Fluency in English and French preferred.

3.) Senior Consultant – Monitoring and Evaluation

Qualifications
- Graduate Degree in International Development, Economics, Statistics, or a related field
- 5-7 years of relevant work experience in monitoring and evaluation, preferably in Africa
- Strong technical skills in data analysis and statistical methods, including proficiency in statistical software such as STATA, SPSS, or R, as well as Microsoft Excel jamb Portal
- Experience with designing and implementing impact evaluations, including randomized controlled trials, quasi-experimental designs, and other rigorous methods
- Demonstrated experience in designing and implementing monitoring and evaluation frameworks for projects across various sectors in Africa
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in French is a plus
- Strong project management skills and ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Experience in conducting training and capacity building on monitoring and evaluation
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, Tableau, QGIS, KoboCollect, and ODK
