1.) Brands and Community Manager

Location: Lagos

Description 

  • Community Management – Brand Promotion & Awareness: Under this function, you will be responsible for promoting the ANP Brand, our message, our achievements, and any thought leadership initiatives we might wish to publicize across all the relevant social & other media channels.
  • Create Content & implement strategy for brand presence for ANP online and in publications and other media as required.
  • Design and implement strategic initiatives and campaigns that will start creating awareness and familiarity with the ANP Brand and our product/service offerings.
  • Build or leverage relationships with relevant industry professionals, organizations, journalists, networks that may become relevant in helping you achieve this function.
  • Community Management – Monetizing the Office (Office as a service) Under this function, you will be responsible for creating a framework leveraging our current facility to provide office as a service offerings;
  • Developing and implementing a strategy to monetize the current office environment and introduce a new revenue to ANP portfolio.
  • Attracting & maintaining renters
  • Ensuring excellence in service delivery
  • Creating a team to support the above. Ensure proposed strategies and initiatives do not interfere with the comfort of community members or their ability to focus and do their jobs. Ensure Security of location, assets, people and data is priority! Meet quarterly revenue targets running business centers services with little disruption to the integrity of the work that we do as an organization.

Requirements

  • Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree in relevant fields with 3 – 6 years work experience.

Salary
N300,000 – N400,000 per month.

2.) Senior Sales Manager – Tech Sales

Location: Lagos

Job Details

  • Expand current customer, reseller and OEM relationships & maintain and improve existing relationships and account objectives.
  • Independently source, pursue and close new business, generate early conversations and opportunity-driving demand for enterprise organizations.
  • Identify a carefully selected strategic prospect lists and work tqualify, develop and build credibility within these organizations. Undertake this objective using consistent and methodical approach on a day-to-day basis. Demonstrate constant progress.
  • Move prospects through the sales process, identifying the key stake holders while mapping value and the business case.
  • Identify promising prospects through cold calling, networking and customer referrals.

  • Create business development strategies, drive sales and marketing initiatives.
  • Establish a thorough understanding of the industry and its dynamics tdevelop an annual sales and marketing strategy for the business, tcompliment the overall business strategy, tdeliver on agreed KPI’s.
  • Experience Selling IT solutions of high financial value is required.

  • Excellent troubleshooting skills
  • API and webservices development, testing and integration.
  • Working understanding of DevOps tools for CICD, Confirguration management and Automation such as Jenkins, CircleCI, Ansible, Rundeck, Chef, Terraform etc.

Location: Lagos

Requirements

  • Proven experience (5+ years) in service delivery management, with a focus on technical support, preferably in the technology services or financial sector.
  •  Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders at all levels.
  • Previous or current experience in a core technology role (e.g. solution architecture, infrastructure, development, integration etc)
  • Strong understanding of software solutions and the ability to communicate effectively with software vendors.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills, with a track record of building and motivating high-performing support teams.
  • Proficiency in IT service management (ITSM) frameworks, such as ITIL, and experience in implementing ITSM best practices.

Job Details

  • Coordinate and oversee the preparation of technical reports, presentations, and other relevant documents.
  • Provide product knowledge and assistance to the CEO as required.
  • Work closely with Business Development, Operations, and finance to ensure closeout of critical projects and follow-up.
  • Ensure all correspondence and documents are accurate, concise, and of high quality, using
  • appropriate tools and maintaining version control.
  • Support efficient implementation of new and current technical processes, programs, tools, and practices as directed.
  • Act as liaison between the Chief Executive and other organizational units and stakeholders,

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external constituencies on all matters pertaining to the CEO, including those of a highly confidential or critical nature. Prioritize and determine appropriate course of action, referral, or response, exercising judgement to reflect CEO’s style and organization policy.
  • Provide “gatekeeper” and “gateway” role, providing a bridge for smooth communication between the CEO and staff, demonstrating leadership to maintain credibility, trust, and support with the rest of the team. Complete projects by assigning work to appropriate staff on behalf of the CEO.

Qualifications

  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a high-pressure demanding environment.

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
  • Knowledge of project management principles and tools. PMP or relevant certification is desirable.
