1.) Facility Supervisor
Location: Lagos
Key Responsibilities
- Check the premises regularly to ensure security
- Record and report emergencies
- Supervise the janitorial staff and other workers
- Manager contractors for equipment installation and repairs
- Evaluate existing systems
- Identify technical problems
- Monitor planned preventive maintenance
- Oversee waste management, garbage collection, product delivery and other operations
- Carry out inspections of the facility
- Perform administrative or custodial tasks as needed
- Document lost and found items
- Perform random checks
- Participate in emergency planning
- Help with inventory and procurement.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess relevant qualifications with 3+ years relevant work experience.
- Proven experience as a Facility Supervisor or similar role
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Knowledge of facility management best practices
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
- Familiarity with health and safety regulations
- Relevant certifications or training in facility management is a plus.
Salary
N120,000 – N150,000 Monthly.

Location: Lagos
Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day facility operations, including maintenance, safety, and security.
