Location: Abuja (FCT)
Requirements
- Education and Experience: Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field.
- Minimum of five years of work experience in a sales and marketing environment
- Successful previous experience as a sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets
- Must be well experienced in sales of Solar Energy.
- Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
- Strong business sense and industry expertise in Fintech
- Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills.

Qualifications and Experience
- Graduate (BSc) degree or HND in any field.
- Having field work experience with minimum 5 years experience
- Having relevant experience is an added advantage.
Functional Competencies and Skills:
- Effective communication / interpersonal skills with people at all levels, including ability to use tact, diplomacy and persuasiveness

Requirements / Qualifications
Educational and Professional Qualification:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Finance, or Risk Management.
- Master of Business Administration
- Certified Microfinance Banker.
Experience:
- 6 to 8 years of relevant experience in the field of Risk Management preferably in an international organization, in the domain of finance or financial services.
- Must be grounded in enterprise risk
- Microfinance banking experience is mandatory.
Required Profile:
