Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in any relevant is required.
- Must have a Post Graduate Degree i.e., M.Sc., MBA, PGD.
- Professional qualification, such as CIPM, SHRM or CIPD is essential.
- Minimum of 10 years work experience in a similar role.
- Manufacturing/FMCG/Food and Beverage experience.
- Knowledge of HR Strategy, Policies & Procedures.

2.) Management Accountant

- Design, implement and maintain management information systems using a combination of automated, semi-automated and manual systems.
- Provide management with timely, relevant financial information to better understand the business and cost/revenue profile.
- Ensure timely delivery of accurate financial reports, monthly and annual accounts to management, the Group and external regulatory authorities, where necessary.
- Design and prepare reports for management decision making.
- Assist in the set-up, continuous assessment and amendment of the Group’s computerised accounting system for greater effectiveness
- Investigate and recommend improvements to the current financial system, work standards and procedures to contribute towards improving profitability through cost control, improved internal controls and greater work efficiency.
- Manage the budget and forecast processes by collecting all financial information necessary for the annual and strategic planning process.
- Undertake analysis of risks and opportunities to provide forecast information as required whilst working closely with the subsidiary leadership teams.
- Ensure that timely reporting of performance and variance analysis for all direct and indirect costs are undertaken.
- Identify and report on variance drivers so that appropriate action can be taken as required.
- Development of Presentations and Information memorandum as and when required.
- Develop a strong business partnering structure to facilitate good analysis of all commercial and supply chain activities including new product development and value optimization initiatives.
- Provide input and review, where applicable, for related CAPEX expenditures.
- Track and communicate CAPEX spend to ensure adherence to annual budgets.
- Develop suitable Dash Boards using Excel for data analysis and modeling.

3.) Group Engineering Manager
Location: Lagos
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or a relevant Degree.
- 7 years of accumulative Maintenance experience preferably in FMCG Environment.
- 4 years managing a maintenance team.
- Excellent applied knowledge of mechanics, pneumatics, hydraulics, electrical systems
- Excellent knowledge of plastic molding technologies (SBM)
- Applied Knowledge of WCM Standards
- Good Knowledge of Health, Safety and Environmental Rules and Practices

- Spare Parts Cost – Achieve ±10% forecast accuracy for repair and maintenance budget.
- Annual Maintenance Plan Adherence – On Time in Full (OTIF) – Complete Lines Overhauls.
- Leverage critical spare parts inventory stock achieving adequate Safety stock and Reorder points.
- Support BUs Improve H and S Results working on Unsafe conditions within the plants.
- Ensure Delivery of 08 Training hours per Employee Per year for BUs Maintenance Staff.

4.) Front Desk Executive
Location: Lagos
Major Responsibilities
Customer Service:
- Provide exceptional customer service to guests; receive the public and answer questions, in person and by telephone; respond to inquiries from employees, clients and others and refer, when necessary, to the appropriate person, official or department in line with corporate policies and procedures.
Administrative Duties:
- Manage Corporate Office front desk operations; complete, develop and maintain forms in accordance with company procedures; prepare outgoing mail; sort and distribute incoming mails within the office, and coordinate the flow of information both internally and externally.
First Point Of Contact:
- Acts as first point of contact for external visitors wishing to contact the company to ensure that only those having genuine and acceptable reasons may do so.
Problem-Solving And Decision Making:
- Handle complaints and resolve grievances and conflicts with customers. Supervise other clerical staff, including trainings and orientation.
- Exercise initiative to identify and deal with problems and issues that arise to ensure smooth running of the front office.
Secretarial And Clerical Duties:
- Answer central telephone system and direct calls accordingly.
- Organize and maintain paper and electronic files and keep records of collections and disbursements.
- Other duties that may be assigned from time to time.

5.) Treasury Manager (Banking Relations)
Location: Lagos
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in any relevant is required.
- Maximum of 10 years work experience with 5 years in the banking or manufacturing industry.
- Master’s degree in business administration, finances and any related business field is an added advantage.
- Strong knowledge of financial accounting and IFRS accounting standards.
- Strong knowledge of financial markets and products, including funding, cash management and derivatives.
- Ability to manage investment and debt of the groups fund – short-, medium- and long-term financing.
- Ability to properly document and authorize credit facilities in line with company’s laid down policies and regulations.
- Ability to produce and review treasury reports and perform compliance activities.
- Ensure cordial relationship is maintained with the bank.
- Good knowledge of CBN and other relevant regulations and guidelines
