DAVIDO’S UNCLE: Senator Adeleke Declares 2022 Governorship Ambition in Osun
The former lawmaker made this statement at a welcome rally organised by the People’s Democratic Party (PDP) at its Secretariat in Osogbo. Information Guides Nigeria
Speaking, Senator Adeleke said: “The ruling party has messed up the state since coming to power. I am appealing to the Governor, Mr. Adegboyega Oyetola to start preparing his handover notes because his days as Governor are numbered”.

He added that he is ready to kick off his campaign and called on his supporters to maintain decency for the peace and growth of the People’s Democratic Party and Osun State.
Also speaking, the Osun State PDP Chairman, Sunday Bisi, applauded the Senator for pursuing more knowledge by obtaining a degree from the United States.
Mr. Bisi affirmed his confidence in the Senator, describing him as a leader that will drive the process of growth in Osun State and Nigeria at large.
He added: “Let me use this medium to warn those who feel they can subdue our party with force of violence to desist from it. Such vain effort cannot get at us as our courage is too fortified to be discouraged.“
