House of Reps Member Accuses CBN

DAILY TRUST reports that a House of Representative Member from Osun State, Bamidele Salam has accused the Central Bank of Nigeria of the fall of Naira against dollar. Information Guide Nigeria
According to DAILY TRUST, Bamidele Salam made this accusation in an interview with the News Agency of Nigeria (NAN) in Abuja, on Tuesday.

He further stated, “Though the value of the naira is a functionality of many things, it appears to me that there is a deliberate policy of the CBN to devalue the naira consistently. Jamb Results

While asking if the economy of Liberia and other countries are doing better than Nigeria, he said, “Why will we continue to look on and continue to have this free fall; in the parallel market today, a dollar is over N500’’.
