We design, build and operate the lowest cost hybrid (solar and biomass) power plant and distribution network in India and Africa. To date, Husk has provided electricity to over 15,000 homes and business, reducing 95,000 tonnes of CO2. Our aim is to provide 30MW of power to 225,000 customers by 2025, and save 350,000 tonnes of CO2 each year.

We are recruiting to fill the following positions below:

1.) Area Sales Associate

Location: Nasarawa

Qualifications
Required Skills and Competencies:

  • Graduate from a leading institution with a related Degree in Science, Engineering, or Social Sciences. Graduate Degree or relevant training or certifications in sales; a plus.
  • 3-5 years of experience in a similar role within the power or telecommunications sectors, delivering on sales targets and revenue growth.
  • Ability to drive sales and ensure closure for optimal service delivery.
  • Excellent skills with MS Office.
  • Superb interpersonal skills, including the ability to quickly build rapport with customers, site sales agents, and representatives.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-diverse environment coordinating with multiple stakeholders.

General Skills & Attributes:

  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office, Google Suite, and other relevant tools
  • Highly motivated and target-driven with a proven track record in sales
  • Excellent selling, negotiation, and communication skills

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of relevant sales experience, with 3 – 5 years in a similar role within the energy sector.

3.)  Senior Manager – Financial Planning & Analysis

Location: Abuja

Qualifications
General Skills & Attributes:

  • Solid proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, PPT, SAP, and/or other financial and enterprise planning and management software.
  • Excellent financial planning and modeling skills with strong knowledge of financial operations procedures.
  • Analytical thinker with strong conceptual and problem-solving skills.

7.) Head, EEDs Business

Location: Abuja

Required Skills & Attributes

  • 12+ years of relevant business leadership experience, preferably in the consumer durables or white goods segments
  • 5+ years of experience in leading high-performing sales teams
  • Experience in handling large, multi-tiered, geographically spread sales teams.
