Manchester United fans have been expressing their excitement at reports that Erik ten Hag has reached a ‘verbal agreement’ with the club to take over as manager.
Manchestereveningnews has it that in a tweet by The Athletic’s David Ornstein, he wrote: “Man Utd reach verbal agreement in principle with Erik ten Hag to become next permanent manager.
