Qualifications
The candidate is expected to have the following qualifications:

• Possess an Advanced University Degree in Public Health, Health Policy and financing, Health Systems Strengthening Public Administration, Finance, Economics, or related field with demonstrated competence in political-economic analysis or similar assessment frameworks.
• Must have been a team leader for a large-scale assessment or an evaluation.
• A minimum of 15 years of experience in conducting assessments, evaluation and must have led a minimum of two PEAs or similar studies and participated in a minimum of three health-focused PEAs.
• The consultants must have a strong understanding of contextual knowledge of the Nigeria political, economic and health spheres. Jamb Result
• Demonstrated experience in both qualitative and quantitative data collection and analysis with good interview techniques.
• Proven experience of working in the health sector and engagements with state and federal government authorities, civil society organizations in the health sector
• Experience facilitating and providing leadership in collaborative and participatory evaluations with multiple stakeholders.
• Experience working in the health sector with international donor organizations particularly USAID.
• Excellent writing and presentation skills.
• Ability to produce preliminary and final reports on time.

Qualifications
The candidate is expected to have the following qualifications:

• Master’s Degree in Health Economics, or Public Health with a health systems planning, strengthening and implementation focus;Good morning my love messages
• At least 10 years of relevant work experience in health systems strengthening and health economics;
• Experience working with federal and state ministries of health and finance, donors and implementing agencies;
• Strong communication skills to effectively interact with key actors;
• Established track record of carrying out analytical work and preparing high-quality technical reports, policy briefing materials, and presentations;
• Strong quantitative skills and research capacity, proficiency in STATA or another statistics software is highly desirable, or may be substituted by exceptional command of Excel;
• Strong and compelling writing skills;
• Experience working in the health sector with international donor organizations particularly USAID
• Knowledge of local language(s).

• Navanti is seeking a Short-Term Technical Assistance Experts in various fields and topics who will contribute to the implementation of activities for this project in support of USAID/Nigeria’s technical offices with a focus on Education.
• The STTA Expert should possess strong familiarity with their respective sector and experience across the MEL spectrum, including conducting a variety of monitoring, evaluation, and learning activities.
• High-performing STTA experts will be able to apply their individual technical skills, knowledge, and experience to help GoN and USAID create a culture of innovation, integration, and accountability.
• Navanti’s STTA network will mobilize rapidly and remain flexible depending on context shifts and user needs, including being seconded to GoN or USAID, if desired.
• Upon receiving an STTA Work Order, Navanti’s COP will assign an appropriate lead such as the DCOP, Monitoring Advisor, or Learning and Institutional Capacity Advisor to recruit from our STTA Expert pool of candidates and oversee the STTA network according to the technical requirements.
