In the quest to seek for a public vote, members of the Nigerian Indigenous Nationalities Alliance for Self-Determination (NINAS) have utilised the use of a mobile van to tender their request in New York, United States.

In a report, one of the agitators said: “Disgracing Nigeria and Buhari at United Nations Headquarters, New York. We are far ahead of this game against them.”

NINAS started a planned protest in front of the United Nations Headquarters in New York, the United States on September 14.

The alliance of these agitators for self-determination consists of southerners and middle-belt people.

One of the leaders of the counter group, Foluso Aruleba, mentioned the various problems confronting Nigeria as a nation, restating that there can be no peace without justice.
