1.) Chief Technical Officer (CTO)

Location: Abuja

Key Responsibilities
Leadership:

  • Provide technical leadership and direction in the development and implementation of innovative fintech solutions.
  • Drive the technology strategy and roadmap, ensuring alignment with business objectives and market demands.
  • Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends, integrating relevant advancements into our products.

Management:

Development:

Assurance:

  • Collaborate with external partners, vendors, and fintech stakeholders to explore strategic collaborations and integrations.
  • Evaluate and negotiate technology partnerships that enhance our product offerings and expand our market reach.

Analytics:

  • Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the success and impact of our technology initiatives.
  • Provide regular reports to the executive team, highlighting progress, challenges, and opportunities.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (5 years) in a technical leadership role within the fintech industry.
  • Strong expertise in software development(must be full-stack developer with indepth knowledge of Node JS) , architecture, and infrastructure design.
  • In-depth knowledge of fintech trends, digital payments, and financial regulations.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing and scaling technical teams in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, both technical and non-technical, with the ability to present complex ideas to various stakeholders.
  • Strategic thinker with a track record of successfully implementing technology solutions that drive business growth.

Renumeration
2.5% stake in the company and a salary range between N400,000 – N600,000 / Month

Job Requirements

  • Candidates should possess relevant qualifications with at least 1 year experience.

  • Strong understanding of investment products, financial markets, and wealth management strategies. Ability to analyze financial data and provide sound advice to clients.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships with high-net-worth clients. Experience in understanding and addressing clients’ financial goals and needs.
