We are recruiting to fill the following positions below:

1.) Data Analyst

Location: Lagos

Requirements

  • Candidates must be a Graduate of Law, Social Sciences or Humanities from any reputable institution.
  • Candidates must have minimum of 3 years research work and have experience in media or Journalism.
  • Candidates must love research and write.
  • Candidates must have good writing and communication skills.
  • Candidates must be able to analyse data and generate report therefrom.
  • Candidates must have completed NYSC.

2.) Business Development Manager

Location: Lagos

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or any related field. MBA is an added advantage.
  • 5 – 9 years in business development or related experience preferably in a consulting environment.
  • Marketing skills.
  • Analytical skills.
  • Verbal and written communication skills.
  • Presentation skills.
  • Negotiation skills.
  • Relationship building skills.

3.) SA to the MD

Location: Lagos

Requirements

  • Candidate must be a Law Graduate from a reputable university and must have been called to the Nigerian Bar.
  • Candidate must have minimum of 5 years work experience in security/consulting industry.
  • Candidate must be able to carry out risk analysis and conduct risk assessment.
  • Candidate must be able to work under pressure and work skillfully to meet deadlines.
  • Must be able to work without supervision and take initiative from time to time as the job demands.
  • Candidate must be proficient in the use of MS packages.
  • Candidate must have completed NYSC
  • Candidate must reside with Lekki – Abijoh axis.
  • Background in any security agency is an advantage but not compulsory

4.) Experienced Security Manager

Location: Lagos

Responsibilities

  • Interact with clients and project team to plan and develop project work.
  • Review and edit all client communication documents.
  • Provide training to clients on project deliverables when needed.
  • Respond to client’s questions and concerns in a timely manner.
  • Provide business solutions and recommendations to clients to meet project goals.
  • Communicate with clients to clearly understand project requirements and scope.
  • Maintain high level of professionalism and competence in client communications.
  • Monitor and report project status to clients on regular basis.
  • Ensure that project deliverables meet client requirements and quality standards.
  • Schedule client meetings to discuss about project updates and issues.
  • Build positive working relationship with clients and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Maintain complete project documentations for reference purposes.
  • Populate the Nigeria Risk Index with appropriate content, including security reports and assessments.
  • Perform variable risk assessment, security survey and security audit for clients
  • Promote risk control brand and services towards meeting company annual objectives and target.

Requirements

  • Candidates should possess a Master’s Degree with 5 – 8 years work experience.

5.) Human Resource / Admin Personnel

Location: Lagos

Job Description
Candidate will perform the following dutiies:

  • Coordinate all personnel issues and performance appraisals
  • Answer employee questions regarding personnel policies, procedures and benefits;
  • Coordinate and assist with employee recruitment, hiring, orientation and training
  • Determines employee classifications and ensures completion of all appropriate paperwork for new employees.
  • Prepare and coordinate all accident report
  • Handle follow-up on health insurance and other health and safety issues
  • Handle negotiations with outside parties on behalf of the company
  • Develop and maintain strategy and tools related to various dimensions of human capital development
  • Provide regular updates to members of staff on management decisions and policies.
  • Tactfully manage sensitive matters and information regarding peculiar issues within the organization.
  • Coordinate the procurement and maintenance of office equipment as appropriate and arrange for repairs when necessary.
  • Make recommendations for new or additional office equipment as appropriate.
  • Performs other administrative related duties.

Requirements

  • Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree qualification with 2 – 3 years work experience.

6.) Operations Manager

Location: Lagos

Primary Duties and Responsibilities
The Operations Manager will oversee the general operations of the company. In this regard will be responsible for the following:

  • Administering a system of quality control in the company’s operations.
  • Establishes and ensures departmental guidelines and performance standards are met.
  • Assumes leadership role in strategic planning, and establishing short and long-range goals.
  • Initiates program planning in support of goals.
  • Develop in conjunction with the managers of the company, plans for the growth and development of the company and the expansion or improvement of company services.
  • Administers a strong performance oriented culture. Confers with Unit Managers to ensure customers receive effective and responsive service, and that staff are well informed and customer service oriented. Assumes a leadership role in developing and maintaining on-going customer service programs.

  • Candidates should possess a Master’s Degree qualification with 5 – 8 years work experience.
