Two new female Commissioners sworn-in by Kwara govt

The governor of Kwara State, Abdulrahman Abdulrazaq has sworn- in two female Commissioners.

Florence Olasumbo was sworn in as commissioner of finance while Harriet Oshatimehin was sworn in as commissioner, Ministry of Youth and Development by the State House Of Assembly.

The governor admonished them to be team players and work together for the progress of the masses.

According to him, “as you are aware, Kwara State is undergoing a rebuilding process, prudence, discipline, teamwork, and sacrifice have been our watchwords” Information Guides Nigeria

He observed that “revenue is drying up yet our administration is confronted with huge challenges of human capital and infrastructural developments, thus, an urgent need to lift as many people as possible out of poverty”.

“Every penny is being channeled to tackle this. The administration has a duty to chart a substantial course for our State. That is why we cannot afford to be flamboyant or wasteful,” JAMB Result
