We are recruiting to fill the following positions below:
1.) Regional Sourcing Manager, SSA
Location: Lagos
What You Will Be Accountable For
- Manage the execution of the geographic category strategies and development of sourcing plans at a local/regional level.
- Drive the process of sourcing execution to ensure delivery of the category/business strategy and targets.
- Drive and facilitate “source to contract” for specific geographic categories. This includes the resolution of any contracts related issues and may include one-off spend items.
- To ensure contracts are completed for all relevant agreements and that SLA’s (Service Level Agreements) have been agreed with the relevant business owner.
- To manage negotiation and supplier selection within the framework of the sourcing strategies.
- Provide forecasts on prices and market changes as an input into planning where appropriate.
- Provide information on negotiation results (all specs/grades, clear duration, validity for orders or deliveries) from a local/regional perspective in a timely manner to the Operations Manager.
Essential Experience, Skills and Knowledge
- Education: minimum of Bachelor’s Degree.
- 2 – 4 years working experience within Procurement/Supply Chain domain
- FMCG experience will serve as an advantage.
- Relevant business qualifications within the Supply Chain, Procurement realm would serve as an advantage.
- Member of CIPS (Chartered Institute of Purchasing & Supplies (UK) – would represent an advantage.
- Strong numerical ability.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools e.g., Excel, PowerPoint etc
- French – basic knowledge -would be an advantage.
- Good negotiation skills and influencing skills.
- General understanding of the supply market, supplier capabilities and competitor activity across various categories and expected trends at a local/geographic level (SAA, ECAA and WAA).
- Good experience in development of contracts and agreements for low to medium risk categories.

2.) Warehouse Assistant
Location: Oyo
What You Will Be Accountable For
- Prompt loading and offloading of products
- Arrange for fumigation and supplies of blends through GMES to customer
- Proper stock and warehouse management to ensure storage and handling of leaf grades are done as per BAT best practice.
- Follow FIFO to supply Diet, Recon, CLD etc
- Posting of materials must be done according to picking list and current BOM.ne according to picking list and current BOM
- Check Base Quantity before printing of PO and adhere to ‘NO SCAN, NO MOVRE’
- Maintain new lot before GR and GR all offloaded materials into the system correctly
- Maintain 98% stock accuracy throughout the year.
- Manage the EHS and housekeeping procedures within the warehouses and ensure strict adherence
- Manage and report the status of all material handling equipment’s to ensure their maintainability to avoid equipment failure.
- Maintain good working relationship with all other functions and warehousing staff.
Essential Experience, Skills And Knowledge
- A minimum of OND in any numerical of Financial courses, in addition to this, a good knowledge of computer will be an advantage.
- Sound knowledge and understanding of the warehousing processes
- Experience in an FMCG handling large number of SKUs preferably with a manufacturing organisation sufficient to demonstrate understanding of products..
- Familiarity with SAP systems and understanding of internal information flows.
- Ability to operate across all hierarchy levels, providing information and support as required.
- Good inter-personal communication skills.
- Sound Analytical skills and ability to work with figures
- Ability to work under pressure, multi-task, work independently and deliver according to defined deadlines.
- Ability to prioritize workloads.

3.) Chief Security Officer
Location: Oyo
Essential Experience, Skills and Knowledge
- Between 3-5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in an FMCG company.
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Safety Management, Information Technology Systems, or Education in Security Administration or similar field will be an asset
- Good knowledge of potential threats to factory operations.
- Proven proficiency in developing physical and digital security protocols and procedures.
- Experience or background in law enforcement would constitute an advantage.
- Knowledge of principles of personnel protection and demonstrable experience planning & executing executive protection tasks.
- Ability to communicate with senior management, on threat assessment, security requirements and provide timely and actionable recommendations.
- Be sensitive to processes, and have clear, logical thinking for related duties.
- Team player with strong communication skills and can handle high pressure in a fast-paced work environment
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office applications.
