1.) CSSF Nigeria Stability Programme Manager HEO
Location: Abuja
Essential Qualifications, Skills and Experience
- Qualification: a Bachelor’s Degree
- Experience managing and adapting programmes in fragile contexts, including an understanding of financial management
- Strong stakeholder management including across multiple locations, and experience working with governments, multilaterals, other development partners and civil society organisations
- Strong organisational skills and ability to prioritise a varied workload
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and spotting new opportunities, with an appetite to work with others to simplify and improve processes
Desirable Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- Experience working in Central/West African countries
- Experience in programme compliance including M&E and results frameworks, due diligence assessments, and risk management

- Changing and Improving, Delivering at Pace, Working Together

3.) UK PACT Senior Climate Change Officer
Location: Abuja
Essential Qualifications, Skills and Experience
- We are looking for a proactive self-starter, able to work well and have a flexible approach to work whilst under pressure and excellent interpersonal and communications skills to build strong relations within the High Commission and with a wide range of stakeholders in Nigeria with the following skills and experience:
- University Degree, preferably in Climate / Public Policy, International Development, Development Economics or a related course; Candidates with a background in Forests, Land Use, Sustainable Agriculture, Nature Based Solutions or Energy Transition are particularly encouraged to apply;
- Minimum 5 years of work experience, ideally with ODA/international development project/programme management experience;
- Demonstrable interpersonal, communication and relationship-building skills;
- Be a flexible and creative problem-solver, able to come up with innovative solutions to complex problems, and coordinate coherent and compelling programmes and projects;
- Fluency in written and spoken English; and
- Excellent presentation skills.
- Microsoft Office literate
Language:
- English but Hausa, Yoruba and/or Igbo also desirable.
Desirable Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- Solid knowledge of Nigeria’s climate change policy, its international commitments, and institutional framework;
- Good understanding and experience of programme delivery in the specific operating context of Nigeria; and
- Sound network of contacts in political arena, government, private sector and civil societies.

4.) Immigration Liaison Officer
Location: Lagos
Essential Qualifications, Skills and Experience
- Computer literate with Microsoft desktop functions (e.g. Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Explorer) at a level where you can: create, use and interrogate complex templates, tables, data-sets on Home Office and FCDO IT platforms
- Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
- A high level of written and spoken English with the ability to write high quality reports and briefings.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- An ability to work under pressure with minimal supervision.
Desirable qualifications, skills and experience:
- Previous immigration, law enforcement and/or analytical or investigation experience would be an advantage.

Security Restrictions:
Owing to security clearance requirements, only nationals of the following countries are eligible to apply:
