Electronic PayPlus Limited is a foremost electronic payment company with years of experience in the industry. We are a card-based solutions provider primarily focused on providing total payment solutions to the banking industry and other payment institutions. We offer a wide variety of plastic cards from the simplest PVC to the most sophisticated smart contact and contact-less cards.

We are recruiting to fill the following positions below:

1.) Information and Security Officer

Location: Lagos

Responsibilities

  • Conduct Internal quarterly vulnerability assessment and provide report to the CISO
  • Conduct internal penetration test and provide report to the CISO
  • Do a remediation tracker following the vulnerability assessment and penetration testing.
  • Perform random non-intrusive test on EPP network to confirm the security status of the network
  • Work with IT officer to ensure closure of all vulnerabilities found during the scan.
  • Review network scan (GFI LAN Guard) done by IT department.
  • Ensure staff obey the clear desk policy.
  • Quarterly independent checks of network devices, user accounts and permission level of critical business machines; and submit report on findings.
  • Supervise the activities of the Control room officers.
  • Provide accurate security report on a daily basis on the security equipment eg. CCTV camera, Access Control system, Intrusion Alarm system.
  • Daily camera review and incident reporting.
  • Incidence management and prompt resolution
  • Daily search of staff working in the HSZ.
  • Daily preparation of visitors list which is in turn handed over to Admin and outsourced security guards.
  • Daily inspection of the premises.
  • Review critical patch updates for vulnerability before updating the patch on all critical systems.
  • Train Security guards on security awareness and physical alertness and rapid response to incident.
  • Liaise with the Chief Information Security officer on the security activities within the organization
  • Weekly camera backup and Access Control System.
  • Time synchronization of all devices in the control room.
  • Assist in conducting quarterly evacuation exercise with CISO.
  • Assist in training staff on internal security.
  • Maintain and review inventory of staff and visitor’s access card issuance.
  • Ensure the control room officer test all security devices monthly (PIR, Beam detectors, smoke detectors, FM200, emergency.
  • Conduct physical verification of IT Assets in conjunction with IT department and submit an accurate report.
  • Ensure weekly update of Antivirus solution on all systems by IT.
  • Ensure IT takes monthly backup of all active devices.
  • And any other task as directed by your line manager
  • Information security as evidence in Information Security Management Strategy Policy and during induction is the responsibilities of all employees and they are to ensure compliance.

Qualifications
Academic Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Computer Science

Professional Qualification:

  • CISA, CEH ETC

Experience:

  • 4 to 3 years

2.) QA / QC & Application Support Officer

Location: Lagos

Responsibilities
Application Support Functions:

  • Provide effective support that guarantee 100% availability of all our applications in production stage
  • Carry out daily system performance review to ensure optimal system performance
  • Interface between customers/applications users and the technical team to ensure all issues are documented and promptly resolved with appropriate job completion sign off
  • Work closely with Ativo and Digital sales teams to resolve any technical issues
  • To identify and eliminate any bugs and improve the quality of the finished product.
  • Identify and report system issues to Supervisors. Monitor and test resolution of those issues escalated to Supervisor.
  • Perform stress testing, performance testing, functional testing & scalability testing, Run customer scenario testing and benchmark with international best practice
  • Working with senior software developers and project support teams to implement any bug fixing, enhancement, and other developmental activities
  • Perform minor repairs of equipment and arrange for other servicing needs.
  • Monitor antivirus software and updates.
  • Monitor backup systems and procedures.
  • Monitor all live applications daily to ensure all modules are function properly

QA & QC Functions:

  • To identify and eliminate any bugs and improve the quality of the finished product.
  • Review of application prototype, Flowchart and codes to ensure it meet the demands of the project
  • To provide constructive criticisms, remain tactful and diplomatic to maintain a good working relationship with developers at all times.
  • Interfacing with users to understand the scope of projects
  • Working with software developers and project support teams to identifying business requirements
  • Actively involved in project planning, monitoring applications and software systems
  • Perform stress testing, performance testing, functional testing & scalability testing, Run customer scenario testing and benchmark with international best practice
  • Writing and executing test scripts, running manual and automated tests, testing in different environments including web and mobile and device
  • Writing bug reports, resource planning, reviewing documentation, working towards departmental and project deadlines
  • Quality assurance, providing objective feedback to software development project teams
  • Problem solving, designing tests to mitigate risk, presenting findings to software development and business user teams
  • Communicating findings to technical and non-technical colleagues and follow up to ensure prompt closure.
  • Any other assignments as may be delegated by the Head of IT and product Development.

Academic Qualifications

  • HND / B.Sc Degree in Computer Science or Engineering course
  • 2 – 3 years relevant work experience.

3.) System and Network Support Officer

Location: Lagos

Responsibilities

  • Plan and implement network security, including building firewalls, applying cryptography to network applications, managing host security, adding and deleting/deactivating users
  • Troubleshoot networks, systems and applications to identify and correct malfunctions and other operational difficulties
  • Oversee timely user notification of maintenance programs and implement preventive measures
  • Ensure quarterly preventive of all systems – servers and workstations
  • Gives on-hand technical advice and help to all Epayplus internal staff about how to use various types of network infrastructures efficiently and effectively in fulfilling business objectives.
  • Strategically designs and implements Epayplus in-house information systems and networked software architectures
  • Plans and manages the IT environment, company’s WAN, IP telephone changes etc.
  • Researches, selects, implements and maintains IT solutions, integrated with a variety of data sources.
  • Work closely with System Administrator to ensure software integration into company systems meets functional requirements, system compliance and interface specifications.
  • Coordinate all operations activity including integration of systems and roll out, enhance helpdesk.
  • Planning and implementation of additions, deletions and major modifications to the supporting infrastructure.
  • Work in conjunction with System administrator to Implements network security for the organisation
  • Organises the administration and maintenance of computer Systems
  • Directs solutions to functional and technical problems; troubleshooting, systems backups, archiving, and disaster recovery and provides expert support when necessary.
  • Interacts with internal clients on all levels to resolve IT-related issues and provides answers in a timely manner.
  • Ensures that company assets are maintained responsibly
  • Ensure daily and weekly Antivirus update on all business and corporate machines.
  • Conduct physical verification of IT assets in conjunction with system administrator and maintain a register of all assets.
  • Ensure the network diagram is reviewed as at when due with the System administrator
  • Conduct a configuration review of all the Active Devices with the System administrator
  • Ensure review of critical patch updates for vulnerability before updating the patch on all critical systems is done.
  • Always ensure all user issues are log in the incidence register
  • Ensure weekly, monthly report are generated promptly and submit to appropriate unit for review and action
  • Ensure all issues are close out properly and promptly and get project owner to sign off on any issue before closure. Record must be maintained in Incidence register.
  • Any other function as may be assigned from time to time by /system administrator / CTO or company management.

Academic Qualifications

  • HND / B.Sc Degree in Computer Science or Engineering course
  • 2 – 3 years relevant work experience.

4.) Plant Engineer

Main Responsibilities

  • Ensure regular routine maintenance on all the Production Machines.
  • Carry-out regular preventive maintenance on all Production Machines.
  • Liaise with external service supports on all issues on the machines and also ensure that they carry out their required duties as captured in SLAs appropriately at least once every two weeks.
  • Carry out regular corrective maintenance on all the Production machines everyday as required.
  • Ensure strict adherence to the Quality Control Procedures.
  • Prompt resolution of all customer related issues.
  • Ensure proper supervision of your concerned unit or group to foster proper process quality assurance. You will be held liable for any issue arising from improper process supervision and implementation.
  • Regular technology research and application to process and procedures.
  • Develop monthly reports of machine performance.
  • Ensure weekly meetings/trainings hold and are communicated to Production staff.
  • Full compliance with the Standard Operating Procedure and Information Security Policy.
  • Ensure all Electronic Payplus Limited’s resources in your possession are properly taken care of.

Requirements
Academic Qualification:

  • B.Sc / HND in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering

Experience:

  • Minimum of 4 years’ experience in a similar manufacturing sector out of which 2 years must have been on supervisory level.
  • Practical hands on experience in troubleshooting and diagnosing of machine fault.
  • Membership of relevant professional bodies will be an added advantage. ‘
