We are recruiting to fill the following positions below:

1.) Internal Auditor

Location: Lagos

Responsibilities
The following job description sets out the duties which you are to provide as an Internal Auditor. The lists included for the Job description are not exhaustive and further requirements may be added:

  • Develop and implement risk-based internal audit plans in line with the organization’s objectives and ensure they comply with relevant standards and regulations.
  • Conduct audit fieldwork and prepare reports on audit findings with recommendations for improvements to internal controls, risk management, and governance processes.
  • Review the adequacy and effectiveness of management systems for financial reporting, information technology, and operational processes.
  • Work closely with business units to ensure that risk management and internal control processes are appropriately designed and effectively implemented.
  • Develop and maintain positive working relationships with key stakeholders, including senior management, external auditors, and regulators.
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in relevant laws, regulations, and industry best practices, and ensure that audit practices are in compliance with these standards.
  • Prepare and present periodic reports on the status of internal audit activities to the audit committee and senior management.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Basic Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Professional certification in auditing such as CIA, CISA, or ACCA is required.
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience in internal auditing, risk management, or related fields.
  • Good knowledge of audit techniques, internal controls, and risk management practices.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Experience with financial and audit software such as SAP, Oracle, or ACL.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.

2.) Calibration Technician

  • The Calibration Technician is principally responsible for successful execution and management of all internal and external instrument calibration work.
  • Perform routine calibration of all Inspection measurement and Test equipment (Inspection Measurement and Test Equipment IM&TE) for both (internal and external customers)
  • Evaluate and troubleshoot non-operational instruments. Coordinate with customer service to determine pricing, repair lead-time, and repair approvals with external clients.
  • Create, maintain, and execute calibration procedures for various instrumentation and equipment
  • Maintain calibration and repair schedules and monitor average lead-time.
  • Perform routine calibration for Experior Laboratories equipment.
  • Maintain calibration database for all internal instruments and monitor due dates, perform calibrations, and generate calibration paperwork (certificates and reports).
  • Coordinate all calibration with external calibration vendors for instruments that cannot be calibrated internally.
  • Evaluate calibration vendors based on qualification and expertise and monitor their performance.
  • Participate in audits by external bodies and represent Experior Laboratories calibration department
  • Validate calibration methods
  • Coordinate inter and intra-laboratory proficiency testing
  • Work with technical management and establish goals to expand internal calibration capabilities and establish scope approval for such capabilities under ISO/IEC-17025:2005

Key Accountabilities

  • Evaluate calibration vendors/Contractors/Suppliers based on qualification and expertise and monitor their performance.
  • Evaluate and troubleshoot non-operational instruments. Coordinate with customer service to determine pricing, repair lead-time, and repair approvals with external clients.
  • Maintain calibration database for all internal instruments and monitor due dates, perform calibrations, and generate calibration paperwork (certificates and reports).
  • Customer Complaints.

Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s)

  • Help to achieve minimum of 70% contractor/Supplier Evaluation Annually.
  • Must always evaluate contractors/Suppliers competency before engaging any contractor to site
  • Must ensure optimal Services provision at establish targets of 80% through prompt implementation of corrective and preventive actions.
  • Make sure all Traceability Certificates are always up to date. Ensure to check the equipment due date ONE week before the expiration period.
  • Ensure that at least 80% of customer complaints are resolved within 7 working days of receiving the complaints.

Responsibilities

  • Meeting the clients to determine their design requirements.
  • Drawing rough designs and patterns to the manufacturing unit.
  • Developing innovative patterns for various garments.
  • Designing patterns for various items such as garments, shoes, purses, etc.
  • Cutting the fabrics and garments & suggesting improvements in the existing designs.
  • Creating design incorporating old design as needed.
  • Examine sketches and sample patterns.
  • Determining pattern quantities, shapes, and sizes.
  • Providing sewing instructions to the Tailor.
  • Minimizing material wastes.

Requirements
