We are recruiting to fill the following positions below: Jamb Result

1.) Station Supervisor

Location: Oyo

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Opens the station daily and ensures it is fit to run for the day, as well as securing it when activities are closed
  • Takes meter readings, dips underground tanks to confirm stock quantity at keeps a log of the readings
  • Executes the front-line coordination of the sales activities of the pump attendants
  • Responds to any issues or queries that may arise from customers or fuel pump attendants in the discharge of their duties
  • Liaises with external stakeholders who come for enquiries concerning Rainoil Products
  • Performs opening and closing meter readings to ascertain the quantity of stock sold for the day
  • Prepares daily and weekly reports to the station manager concerning the activities that have occurred in the station
  • Coordinates the offloading of stock to the station’s tanks from the trucks
  • Inspects the sales and safety equipment in the station to ascertain they are compliant with HSE standards
  • Prepares retail stations’ inventory reports to ensure products are tracked and are always available at outlets

Requirements:

  • Minimum of a BSc / HND Lower Credit in respective areas of study.
  • 1-3 years of experience.
  • Honesty, commitment, hardworking and self-motivation.

2.) LPG Operator

Job Description

  • The candidate is responsible for overseeing the operating and safety of the company’s LPG plant
  • Monitor stock levels and escalate to the plant supervisor or manager if there is need for replenishment.
  • Report any equipment shortage or damages to the Supervisor or Manager and raise requisition for replacement where necessary
  • Responds to issues or queries that may arise from customers in the discharge of duty
  • Performs opening and closing meter readings to ascertain the product sold for the day
  • Submit daily tickets to cashiers, concerning the activities that have occurred.
  • Assist with coordinating of the product discharge into the Plant Storage
  • Perform all activities in line with the HSE guidelines.

Requirements

  • Minimum of HND / OND / SSCE in respective areas of study as indicated for LPG Operator.
  • 1–3 years’ experience.
  • Honesty, commitment, hard-working and self-motivation.

3.) Reward & Performance Specialist

Location: Lagos

Qualification

  • BSc in HRM/Business Administration or a related discipline.
  • Professional certification is an added advantage.

Experience:

  • 3-5 years’ experience as a Reward & Performance Specialist and knowledge of HR General Practice.

Requirements:

  • Knowledge of performance management and competency frameworks, design principles and application through the HR life cycle
  • Good Knowledge of payroll computation and calculation.
  • Understanding of Statutory benefits (NSITF, PAYE, PENSION, NHF) remittance.
  • Updates payroll records by reviewing and approving changes in exemptions, insurance coverage, savings deductions, and job titles, and department/ division transfers.
  • Experience working with market-based pay structures and participating in salary surveys.
  • Address and resolve employee complaints relating to the payroll system.
  • Manage salary survey and bench marking activities, ensuring compensation practices and programs globally are competitive with the industry and conform to statutory requirements.
  • Participate in annual salary review
  • Well versed with common HR practices and sound knowledge of employment labour law.
  • Ability to operate and communicate well with all levels of stakeholders.
  • Strong numeric and analytical skills.
  • Strong project management and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

4.) Human Resources Business Partner

Location: Lagos

Responsibilities

  • Partner with business units to integrate people strategies with overall organizational strategy.
  • Provides day-to-day performance management guidance to line management (e.g., coaching, counselling, career development, disciplinary actions).
  • Leverage the HR function to deliver effective and customer-focused HR Operations
  • Provide policy guidance and interpretation; recommend and implement changes as needed.
  • Evaluate individual and organizational development needs and lead, implement, and manage staff development initiatives.
  • Manage Career development initiatives to improve employee retention
  • Coordinate Physical, Virtual, E-learning trainings, workshops, and other Learning and development initiatives to provide career and personal development opportunities to staff.
  • Provide catalytic support to enable business transformation. Work with business/function leaders to spot opportunities for organizational development, which will accelerate the delivery of business strategy
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

General Qualifications

  • BSc in HRM / Business Administration or a related discipline.
  • Professional certification is an added advantage.

Experience:

  • 5–7 years’ experience as a HRBP and knowledge of HR Practice
