We are recruiting to fill the following positions below:

1.) Intern (NYSC)

Location: Lagos

Job Description

  • Have you been posted or redeployed to Lagos State for Youth Service and need a place for your primary assignment, We are recruiting Corp Members for her NYSC Recruitment Programme to join the following departments:
    • Planning
    • Engineering.

Requirements

  • Interested Applicants should possess B.Sc. or HND.
  • Applicant must be a Batch B stream 1 2022 / 2023 Corp Member currently deployed to Lagos State
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office packages, Excel, PowerPoint and Word will be an added advantage
  • Should have Electrical Engineering background.

2.) Sales Executive – Lagos

Responsibilities

  • Develop and achieve or exceed the sales volume/revenue goals targets as defined in the business plan
  • Collaborates with sales team to achieve the set target, take feedback from customers and share with the sales team.
  • Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calls, network, prospects and sales options
  • Set up meetings with potential clients, prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on product and services
  • Developing Initiative in the region to push sales and product awareness of Smartflow products and services
  • Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
  • Develop a sustainable route to market for Smartflow products and services.
  • Create and submit weekly reports with sales and revenue data to the sales manager
  • Identify new opportunities and update sales funnel with leads generating.

Requirements

  • B.Sc / HND qualification in Marketing, Business or related fields.
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in sales
  • Previous sales experience in Industrial, Cooperate B2B
  • Must speak and understand the native language fluently
  • Candidate must reside in Lagos or must be willing to relocate to Lagos
  • Superb interpersonal skills, including the ability to quickly build reports with both customers and suppliers.

  • Set up meetings with potential clients, prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on product and services
  • Collaborates with sales team to achieve set target, take feedbacks from customer and share with sales team.
  • Developing Initiative in the region to push sales and product awareness of SMARTFLOW products and services
  • Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
  • Develop and achieve or exceed the sales volume/revenue goals targets as defined in the business plan
  • Develop a sustainable route to market in the Southern (Nigeria) for SMARTFLOW products and services.
  • Create and submit weekly reports with sales and revenue data to the sales manager

Requirements

  • B.Sc. / HND Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in sales
  • Previous sales experience in Industrial, Cooperate B2B
  • Must speak and understand the native language fluently
  • Candidate must reside in Port Harcourt or must be willing to relocate
  • Superb interpersonal skills, including the ability to quickly build report with both customers and suppliers.

5.) Senior Workshop Engineer

Location: Lagos

Responsibilities

  • Handling of the workshop team’s technical activities ranging from the design, fabrication and testing of automation control panels, pre-site configuration of systems, design and repair of electronic circuit boards etc, and the monitoring of design quality.
  • Development of technical designs, wiring schematics and templates for various industrial control panels and automation systems.
  • Coordination of electronic circuit designs, circuit board assessment and repairs in the electronics workshop.
  • Provision of technical support (both remote and physical) to field engineers during troubleshooting, root-cause analysis and fault rectification of automation installations and systems.
  • Documentations of designs and technical guides for automation devices and procedures.
  • Provision of support to the research and development (R&D) unit to facilitate the development of new solutions.
  • Adherence to safety requirements with the Safety officials and total HSE compliance.

Requirements

  • B.Sc, B.Eng, B.Tech or HND in Electrical or Electronics Engineering.
  • Minimum of 2 years’ hand on experience or related role.
  • Experience with industrial control/automation installations.
  • Strong understanding of control systems, relays logic and motor control.
  • Proficiency with the use of AutoCAD for electrical schematic design.
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. Strong communication skills with both technical team members and external business stakeholders.
  • Strong leadership ability.
  • Knowledge of electronic circuit design and component troubleshooting.
